ObjectiveTo explore the management methods of disposable medical supplies in primary medical institutions. MethodsThe on-site inquiry and telephone inquiry of primary medical institutions were conducted to understand the management status of disposable medical supplies in primary medical institutions. Results: 100% of medical institutions use disposable medical supplies; Disposable medical supplies such as syringes, infusion sets, urinary catheters, gastric tubes, drainage tubes, and vaginal dilators are widely used; The purchase channels are not uniform; There is very little warehousing acceptance, registration, request for inspection report, and pre-use monitoring; Private hospitals and individual clinics generally have cash transactions, and there are no purchase orders and purchase invoices; There are very few medical institutions with special management, special storage, and classified storage, and the recycling, soaking and disinfection, and disfigurement are extremely non-standardized, and harmless treatment cannot be achieved.
